The Sweetest Truck in the Neighborhood
Chubs' Ice Cream was born during COVID-19, when our neighborhood fell quiet and the schools shut down. Looking for a way to reconnect with our community, we purchased our very first truck — a classic 1972 Good Humor ice cream truck — packed it full of frozen treats, and started rolling through the streets of Medfield spreading joy one scoop at a time.
What started as a small act of neighborhood kindness quickly became something much bigger. Word spread, smiles multiplied, and our little family business grew. Today, Chubs' Ice Cream proudly serves MetroWest and greater Boston, bringing the nostalgia of classic frozen treats to events big and small.
